Dress Question

I ordered my dress two months ago and since have lost about 10 lbs. My measurements were size 8 bust, size 6 waist and size 10 hips so they told me to go with the the 10, which I did. I'm worried this is going to be way too big now. Anyone think it's worth switching the size or is it easily fixed with alterations?

Congrats on the weight lost! See when the dress comes in what happens and keep up your diet and exercise. It will all work. I am in the process of getting in shape but nervous cause when I tried on the sample a few weeks ago it was tight but the girls tied me soooo tight in it I could hardly breath. As well nervous since I will be traveling and wont be able to work out much.

You can always take a larger dress in than to let a smaller dress out.  I think alterations can take care of the parts that need to be taken in.  Congrats!

I'm in the same boat... I've lost about 10 pounds as well since I've ordered mine (and hope to lose another 10 more or so), but I'm not too worried about it. As PP stated, it's way easier to take a dress in than to let it out. My dress is actually VERY similar to yours, and since it has the lace up back, I'm hoping that helps as well! Congrats on the weight loss, by the way!

According to the ladies I bought my dress from, a dress can be easily taken in 2 sizes. So that's good news! Same thing with me - but hey, if you get too thin for the dress (what a wonderful problem to have!) you can always have the most fun pre-wedding diet ever of fitting back into it!

Yea, the ladies told me that mine could be taken in 4 sizes if necessary because of how it was made. That was something I was sure to ask right away. I am sure they can hande it!
