Should I Wait or Send a Email?

So today I have been thinking about sending a email to the photographer who done our e-pics. We were told it would be about a week to a week in a half until we would get them. We haven't heard anything from the photographer. It will be a month next Tuesday since we had them taken. Should I send a email just to check or should I just wait to the end of the month?

I would definitely call them about it. 

My photographer said 2 weeks which was yesterday & I'm going to email her on Wednesday if I haven't gotten them.

yes call. that's an excessive amount of time over the estimated delivery date.

Yes, give a polite call. There may be a simple answer, or the photographer may be behind schedule and you prodding will help. Not saying it is okay, but it happens a lot.

Absolutely. Its one thing to be a week or so behind, but when its been that long, you definitely should have seen them by now. Def call.

I'd call. If they say two weeks a couple days grace is one thing but a month no. Did they email let you know running behind?

Nope havent heard anything since July 22 which is when we go them done. I havent heard anything I called and sent a email. Safe to say we will not be using them for our wedding now back to the drawing board for a photographer.

I agree with the PP about calling. It's not like it's the deadline on the dot; it's over what they had said.

Did you just call/email today then? I hope you hear back shortly. That's unfortunate that they aren't keeping you in the loop if they need extra time to finish.
