Those who have decided to get a Photo Booth....  Are you renting one for the entirety of your reception or just a few hours?  Our reception is 5 hours and most packages are 3 so I would have to add the additional time or just stick with the 3 hours.

What are your thoughts on this?

    We are having our booth there the whole reception time but it will only be open at cocktail hour and after dinner. We're paying for them for the downtime hours I think half the normal hourlt cost? We are using our photo booth as part of our guest book so I wanted it to be open during cocktail hour. If we booked them the whole way though, it would have been over our budget.

    Ours is the whole time but it was part of our package through our DJ.

    Ours is with our DJ and is 4 hours (DJ is 5 hours). I'm pretty sure it's closed during dinner, but I need to check.

    Ours is for 4 hours. They arrive at 4:30 to set up and it'll be ready by the time the reception starts at 7:30.

    Ours will be for 4 hours during the cocktail hour and through the reception. Since we don't have a formal sit-down dinner (just buffet), I'm not worried if people are using the PB during dinner.

    Thanks ladies!  I think I'm going to get it for the full 5 hours.  I don't really want to have them setting up/breaking down mid-reception and that way people have plenty of time to use it.
