Personal attendant

Are they employees/vendors? What is their role?

I have 2, one is my friend and one is my niece.  Their job is whatever you want it to be.  One of mine will be helping at the venue to make sure everything is there when it needs to be, and the other will be helping me get ready and help coordinate photos (she's really bossy, so she's perfect for it).

You may have a day-of-coordinator in mind.

I know what a DOC is. Are personal attendants employees/vendors?

employees/vendors of who?  your venue?  you?  Are you asking if you have to pay them?  I'm a  little confused.

I don't think it's usually a vendor. It's someone you want to include in your wedding but not as a bridesmaid. They basically help you with anything you need on the day of your weiddng. I'm not 100% sure, I'm not having any

A Personal Attendant is basically a friend or family member that caters to your needs on the big day.

I don't have any hence the reason we are hiring a DOC along with 2 of their personal assistants.

The etiquette board will tell you that it is the height of rudeness to have one be a "friend" or family member and I must agree. That's something you should hire someone to do. Being the bride's bi tch is not an honor.
