Hotel Wedding Package??

We are leaning heavily towards a hotel wedding package. They include a lot but depending on the hotel, can be very pricey. Anybody else doing a hotel wedding package?? What do yu think of it??

    I am, and I'm very happy with my choice. We new we wanted the beach and on the beach are hotels so we made appts and looked at everything they had to offer. Prior to making appts I looked at there packages online make sure they were within a budget. My only issue every one of them had facility fees and the web sites never stated that so I had to factor that in once we made our choice.

    Going the route of the hotel package they cover food, alcohol and our centerpieces. We also get there best room for the night. I also love that our place only does one wedding a day so for that day were there focus and there's not other brides running around.

    We also are doing a hotel wedding package. For us we have family and friends coming from out of town and the hotel offered everything we needed including blocked room rates for our guests. Our ceremony, reception and cocktail hour will be all in one spot. Ours includes cake,dj,centerpieces,limo,food,drink, our bridal suite,toasting glasses, cake cutting set and something else i cnat remember. The only thing we are not utilizing out of that is the cake. This works so well for our budget.

    We aren't doing a wedding package, so I wouldn't know.

    We are having our wedding reception at a hotel/resort/casino. I think in our area that it was the best choice for our money. They will take care of linens, center, pieces, staging dance floor, all food, beverage and alchol. We will also get a comp suite the night of the wedding. And once the wedding is over there is so much for our gusts to do since its a resort. Oh and they have a limo service that they allow us to use to go to our hair apt. or where ever we need to go...

    So the only thing I have to worry about it a photographer, and flowers.
