Accountability Check In...

Its been awhile since we have had one of these but I am just checking in to see how you ladies are doing with your weight loss/ fitness goals. I have actually been doing pretty goodLaughing I have been making it to the gym just about everyday. I was down 4lbs last month so far this month I am down 2lbs. Hope everyone is having a good day!!! Keep up the hard work ladies!!!

  • I have been going to the gym 2 days a week with walking or doing abs when I am at home the other days. I haven't tracked my weight it tends to stay the same, which I am trying not to lose weight just get toned. I have started eating healthier at lunch and dinner! Great job!

  • I'm down like 3 lbs, which is a feat in itself. I CAN. NOT. seem to lose weight lately to save my life. Grr. Hopefully today is another successful day

  • I'm down 10lbs total so far.. Started a few months ago.. Haven't been to consistent lately because I keep getting all of my diy materials in the nail and I just want to go home and play with it instead if going to the gym.. However I still lost 2 lbs without going to the gym every day.. I've got 20 more to go

  • To be honest not good for me. I've had some distractions, I need get back on track in 2 weeks I'm having minor surgical procedure and I won't be able hit gym after it for couple weeks so I really need step up this week and next.
  • I am trying to work out 3 days a week but have been doing a lot of 2 days a week. I do get my 10 minute work out routine I found on pinterest before my shower just about every day tho. I don't want to lose weight just keep off what I have lost in the last few months and get a lil more toned. I do my special k breakfast and try to watch my dinner a couple nights a week and splurge couple nights. Seem to be holding steady so think i got my routine down!!

  • Been maintaining lately, and I am comforable where I am right now. Going to get back on track for losing inches in a couple weeks.

  • I am about one pound shy of a total of 40 lbs since dec! I still have about 15 to go before the wedding... very achievable. My FI and I take a 30-40 min walk a few times a week and I mix that with pilates, which I love. Now that the recent heat wave has calmed down, we can start our walks again. :)

  • I've lost about 5 lbs doing wheat belly, I only want to lose 10 total. Now I need to start working out my arms for the strapless dress! Anyone have a good arm routine that has worked for them?

  • I started Chalean Extreme July 1st. It's a program that does a lot of strength training mixed with a little cardio. I'm not too worried about losing weight, I just want to tone up all around. This program is geared towards burning fat and gaining muscle. I work out 5 days a week with 2 rest days. I really enjoy it, especially since I don't have to leave my house to do it! 11 days into it and I can already feel I'm getting stronger!
