FI and I went to a wedding. A family friend of his who is also invited to our wedding. I was like geez, she must have been in my head cuz she had my programs (fans) and my centerpieces. She didnt have them exactly the same, but the same concept. Now, I'm changing the look of my centerpieces because alot of people that were at this wedding will be at ours, and I don't want to have the same look. This is how I originally wanted my centerpiece..
She had hers elevated on what looked like a gift box and a square glass mirror on top with the submerged flowers four votives around it. So in an effort to change, I decided to add branches. Use the tallest vase for branches and flowers, and the smaller vases for the submerged flowers and floating candles. Use red votive holders instead of clear, and scatter rose petals. I'm also looking for the submersible LED lights and glass pebbles to put in the bottom of the vases to light up the centerpiece. This is my new branch inspired centerpiece.
I wasn't going to use babies breath flowers, but they look so good in this. Now I just have to find branches. Do they have those at Michaels.?? I'm in love with it. I found a great deal on Costco Online for bulk roses and babies breath. Also bulk calla lillies. They have great prices, you ladies should go look. Here's the link if interested.
