I naturally have long, very curly hair (ethnic) which I have been Japanese-Starightening for about 3 1/2 years. I usually do the process once a year but regrowth is noticeable after a month due to the texture of my hair. I then just get a hair cut and a blow out each month to maintain the straight look...For my wedding, my ideal style would be down and wavy/curly, but I don't know if this is possible with the Japanese process. Can permanently straightened hair can be styled? Will the curls last all day? Will I have to get a perm or some other chemical/permanent process just to get curls? I don't think I can grow out the process because it would take years. Please Help! Thanks for any answers!
