So I'm not getting married. The son of a bitch cheated on me while we were having a rough patch in December. He confessed in May. I forgave it, he swore it was over, and we tried to work it out. But then come to find out two months later that he never ended the affair. We didn't have much planning done (that rough patch pretty much stalled everything), but I've had my dress and veil for well over a year now. We had been planning a trash the dress shoot, and I fully intend to go through with that, groom or no groom.
The dress is strapless with a sweetheart neckline. I made the cathedral-length drop veil myself. I want to know what sort of hairstyles to consider with that combination. Ideally something I can do on my own or have a friend with no professional hair experience do for me. My hair is wavy and currently layered; shortest layer is a little past the tops of my shoulders and the longest is just past the middle of my back. The shoot is in three weeks, so it probably won't grow much between now and then and I don't plan to cut it.
Ideas much appreciated. Help?
