Suggestions for Bridesmaids Hair?

I'm struggling with what to do with my bridesmaids hair. They couldn't have more different hair types/styles. My MOH has uber long (mid-back or longer) extremely curly hair, while my bridesmaid has short (about shoulder length) straight hair.

I want to do similar things with their hair since there's only two of them. I'm wearing mine in a side bun/chignon with twists and braids and such so I want to avoid braids in their hair.

I'm thinking some sort of low and loose updo? Or maybe something half-up half-down?

Any pictures or suggestions would be awesome. Thanks!

Oh, their dresses are about tea length, strapless, slightly asymmetrical with a sweetheart neckline.

I think half-up half-down/ pulling the front back would look best with all of their hair styles and will require little extra work. If you give them both cooridnating barettes it will unify their styles without making them seem like they're trying to match.

Just simple hair styles to not overpower yours

Having their hair down in the back will look good with the strapless and tea-length give a little wiggle room with formality
