Help! I need advice! I am getting married on October 8th and my hair stylist just informed me that she wants to do my hair at 9 am even though I am getting married at 4 pm. She said that she has an other wedding to do and must be at the second location at 2pm.
I booked her in January so I was quite annoyed when I found out she had double booked. She has informed me that it's common practice for stylists to book two weddings in one day.
My hair is fine and wont hold it's shape for the full 8 hours before the weddings which is a concern for me.
Is is standard for hair stylists to book two weddings in one day?
When I asked for my deposit back becuase we could not resolve the conflict (as I felt she was not honest and double booked) she refuses to give me back my deposit.
Any suggestions?
