I have shoulder length hair with minimal layers. I do highlight it. For the past year, the top layer of my hair (crown area) is very frizzy. I'm assuming that it's dry and damaged. The underneath of my hair looks great. I've never had this problem before. What products do you recommend I use to get my top layer under control? I'm sick of looking like a puff ball!
