I really don't like to get paid the day of because it usually never works out because everyone is rushing or they end up writing a check so it would be a huge favor to me if you could get together all the info and gather hair money from everyone."
She's also a friend and guest at the wedding. Something about her asking for it in advance is rubbing me the wrong way. I'm just not comfortable asking my girls to fork it over before they even get it done! What if they don't like it? Is this the normal practice for on-location hair?
