Hair/Make Up Trial Run?

Hi All,

I know most people say to do a hair trialrun... how early before the wedding do you do this?

My stylist is out on maternity leave til a few weeks before my wedding... do you think I should do the trial run with someone else or wait and do it with her?

Also, do most people do a make up trial run too?
