My mom booked an apt for me 2 weeks ago for them to do a simple bun for my bridal pictures. She asked for the earliest apt and they said 9am. I showed up at 8:50am and the girl at the front desk said that my girl was almost done with a wedding party and it would only be a few mins. At 910am I told the girl at the front desk that I had to be gone by 930am for a makeup apt and she said it would only take 5 mins for her to do a bun on me. HA!!!! When I sat down I told the girl I wanted a low bun and that I had to be out of there by 930am. After she played around with my hair for 10 mins she called another stylist over because she didn't know what she was doing. Who goes to beauty school and can't do a bun?! At this point the owner came over to me and asked if I could stay longer. When I said no, they all started to freak out because no one knew what they were doing. Another guy stylists asked me if I could reschedule my pictures for another day. Umm...why should I when they were the ones who screwed up?! I told them that my makeup artist was already at my house waiting for me and that I needed to do. They offered to do my make up for free but that wasn't what I wanted. My makeup artist would have lost business and that wouldn't be right. The agreed to let her come to the salon and do it while they did my hair. The stylist said that she would give me a great up-do, not the bun like I asked for. 45mins later she was done with this horrible up do that was nothing like i had asked for. And she couldn't even bobby pin my headband in place for me. Everyone knew I was upset, but they didn't care because they had another bridal party there. The owner than had the nerve to charge my mom $55 for something I never asked for. 2 hours later and my hair has completely fallen down and even my photographer, would didn't know what the situation, said that I should change my hair because it was awful. NEVER GO THERE!!! THE OWNER DIDN'T EVEN GO TO BEAUTY SCHOOL! HE IS JUST SOME GUY WHO THINKS HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING! and we were regular customers at this salon. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT BRIDES AT ALL!!!
