bra suggestions?

I need a strapless, push up, padded bra to wear with my dress. 34D

Fortunately I have lost about 10 lbs since I purchased my dress, 15 all together and it's loose at the top. It fits perfect everywhere else, I just don't want to have it altered. 

I need something to "fill" the top up a little more so it will rest on me and not stick out. Any suggestions?

Try Walmart or Target I know it sounds weird but you can find one for a little cheaper there. It may not be the best but it should work.

if the top really has that much extra space I think I would go and get a quote to have it altered. You don't want to feel exposed all night and a bra can only do so much -- plus you don't want people to see the bra when you bend over, etc. Just a suggestion... (although I totally get trying to make it work!

The normal bra I wear is perfect, they just don't have a strapless version at Walmart or Target and I hate to keep buying bras and them not working. AND if I resell my dress, I'd hate for that to be a con.

I got mine at DB when I got my dress. Make sure wherever you buy it that you try it with your dress to make sure it fits good with your dress

It works well with my dress because it smoothes everything nicely and keeps everything were it is supposed to be (as opposed to 6 inches lower!).  $29.99 isn't a bad price.  If you have an outlet mall near you, it's even cheaper.  I got mine for ~$15.

I would look at getting a convertible bra.  That way you can use it later with straps in any way you want.  I have two convertibles and I love them both.  I got both of mine at JCP but I would think any department store would have what you are looking for.  Generally they are $20 - $30 and more times than not come push-up.

Agreed.  I'm not wearing a bra - I'm just going to have my dress fitted as tight as possible in that area.  It's totally going to be worth it not having to worry about it, and I'm a 36DD!

I found the convertible bra at Walmart for $15 and it was perfect! All I gotta do is get some double sided tape to hold the top down cause it sticks out just a smidge. But It's awesome! I pick my dress up FRIDAY from the seamstress! ))
