perhaps im making a big deal out of this but i am having specialty shoes done from an etsy seller for each member of the wedding party. I had a special design done and we discussed what it should look like in length. i was to have one design and everyone else a diffrent one than me. apparently everyone got the same design as mine. also she told me she would discount each pair by 4 dollars and everyone has been charged full price thus far. i am really upset. 

like i said maybe im making a big deal out of nothing i mean the shoes look great but i really should have gotten what i ordered...

That is frustrating, but I think it will be okay, maybe you should be discounted more than 4 dollars though...

its just that the design isnt right and a group order of 14 shoes ends up being 56 dollars that would not have been spent otherwise...

I guess I would visit with her especially about getting the discount since the order is not what you ordered.  Have you talked/emailed with her yet?  You might be surprised by what she does.  I had a huge mess with my sister (MOH) dress and it ended up working out ok because she did what I expected and wanted her to do to fix the situation.  There probably isn't anything you can do about the actual design of it, but I would definately look at getting a discount on what you did receive.  GL

I would let her know you aren't completely happy with your order.  I sell on Etsy, and I do everything in my power to make sure that my customers get EXACTLY what they wanted and that they are completely happy with their purchase(s).

I would be upset too and I would tak to her about maybe a bigger discount or something.

I would definitely talk with her and see what can be done to rectify the situation. If she has time to make you/your girls new pairs then she should do so for free, and if not, definitely get the discount you were originally promised and even more discounted off your pair. That's not right!

I would be mad too. Ive bought some wedding things off etsy and never had a problem. At the very least u can unleash some bridezilla and leave nasty feedback. Haha. I'm surprised they aren't giving you a larger discount. If you don't see the discount soon maybe ask for a refund and go to a plan b.
