My hotels have their deadlines for room reservations in two days. We've checked and we're under the amount we estimated. Luckily we don't owe the hotels anything, but we're worried that guests will try to book last minute and need to pay more (and not be together). The info is on my website and I had a biz card insert in the invitations with a note about this.
