Toasts Question

Who traditionally gives toasts and when?

I feel like the FFIL would give one at the RD, and I feel like the MOH & BM do at the reception- Is this right?

    Usually the hosts welcome/toast so traditionally the FFIL at the RD and the FOB at the reception. Depending on geography it's either BM and/or MOH at the wedding.
