HELP!!!!

I am in search for someone that does BBQ at your location.  I thought about having them come to my venue and cook on sight.  It is for a surprise party for my mother-in-law.  I also need a very cheap DJ & Bar options.  For the bar, we were going to do a keg & some wine but wanted someone that could bring the rest of the beverages and it be a cash bar.  Any help, suggestions would be great because I am trying to put all this together from 19 hours away!  I probably won't even make it back to the Kittanning area until the week of the party. :-(

My wedding caterer, they are really good and really really cheap! On site grilling is available for $80 with their picnic menus. But the prices are based on a min of 40 people, though considering all your doing I'm guessing there will be at least 40 people there. 

Don't know about a DJ though..

Woody's caters BBQ... but I'm not sure how far they will travel (if the event is in Kittanning, they might not go that far North).

Remo's in the North Hills does a really good BBQ/picnic menu with an on-site grill.  Very tasty and reasonably priced!
