    You dont need "and" in two thousand twelve.
    I did this too and was corrected. :)

    On a side note, as a Canadian I keep wanting to correct words that are spelled differently here.... I have to keep reminding myself!

    The "and" is actually personal preference.

    Wording looks fine!

    We kept the "and" in ours. Like PP said, it's personal preference!
