Have to share/AW!
FI and I moved into a townhouse rental in the fall. There are about 10 units that are all part of the complex. Most of the neighbors are a lot older than us, so we don't really know anyone on a personal level. We say Hi when we see them and make small talk, but that's about it.
ANYWAYS, yesterday we received the $200 roasting pan off our registry in the mail--along with a "best wishes" message from one of our neighbors!! I couldn't believe it. Completely unnecessary, but so thoughtful! Living in a big city, I'm not used to such kind neighborly gestures
