checks and question

Feeling very accomplished today! I bought our mailbox card holder. The planter and glass vases for our tree planting ceremony (like in my siggy). Candles for hostess gifts. Baskets to hold our ceremony programs and cocktail hour mad libs. I also ordered the burlap for our table runners and stuff to make our moss escort card display online. 

The only thing I couldn't find was ribbon for our picture frame aisle decor (see siggy) and our ribbon wands. Our color is eggplant and I can't find anything remotely close! It doesn't have to be exact. Do you ladies have any suggestions? The frames we're using are the dark brown ones in the front of the picture below:

I too am doing the picture frames for the aisles and I am using an accent color for our ribbon. I had a hard time finding some in pink that wasn't a pattern or thick enough or wide enough to use. Maybe try that just use one of your accent colors for the ribbon.

I got eggplanty/plum/dark purple ribbon at Michaels...they have it in 2 or 3 different widths I think...maybe that will be what you're looking for? HTH!

I got most of my eggplant from Michaels - maybe a bride got there before you and bought all their stock or something.

Also, the ribbon from BB&B they use to wrap gifts is eggplant - I have a ton of it after my shower yesterday, so I am planning on repurposing it for the wedding decorations =]
