It's crunch time ladies, we've done a good job, let's just keep it up!

Yesterday:
D - WW PBJ (wasn't real hungry)

Today:
Workout - 5 mile run, easy pace
B - honey bunches of oats w/almonds & almond milk w/protein shake

TBD:
L - boca on ww tortilla w/spinach
S - greek yogurt w/cherry, sf pudding, poptart (April = no sweets, I'm sticking them in where I can lol)

    I'm baaack!  haha

    B-Special K cereal with fat free milk. Small coffee with half&half
    Snack- Kashi Honey almond bar
    L- Salad
    Snack- Banana
    D- TBD

    W/O- I literally have no free time to workout, so W/O today will probably be walking my puppy. I'm going to try to also get some push-ups in though

  • So, I am sick of slow paced results, and I found a 3 day diet that you can lose up to 10 lbs!! Maybe not the healthiest option, but I need results!! lol.
    B- half of a grapefruit, a slice of toast with peanut butter
    L-cup of tuna and a piece of toast
    D- something not tasety, I am sure. lol

    W/O- last night I jogged for half hour on the treadmill and did 60 sit-ups. Tonight will be the same.

    Just hoping this works and I will be done 15-20lbs by wedding day!! :)

  • Idk. My FI does those every once and awhile, loses alot of weight, and then gains it right back...

    Today:
    B: lavish oatmeal and greek yogart
    L: sushi and edamame

    To Do:
    D: pot roast (used my new crock pot for the first time... here's hoping it turns out ok :/)

    Just be sure that you have enough carbs & protein to give you energy throughout the day/ Try to incorporate supplements like B vitamins for energy with a new diet. and increase cardio ;)
