my motto today: Just keep swimming
with my left foot on the mend from running a couple of days, I did ice therapy last night (ouch!, my LMT said "as long as you can tolerate" for a bucket of icewater ... yeah no bueno) and today FI and I swam in our pool that we never go to...it was fun :)

Yesterday:
D - Kobe's steak house for $4 sushi and salad

Today:
Workout 1 - swim for 30-40 min
B - poptart (no crust) w/turkey sausage

TBD:
L - spinach salad w/cucumber salad mixed + boca
S - yogurt, sammich, apple
Workour 2 - Insanity warmup, partial circuit at gym on lunch break
