No bachlorette party? :(

So. I asked my sister (a bridesmaid) if my MOH had contacted her about plans for the bachlorette party, and she said no she hasnt said anything. There was dramam around dates for a long time and April 21st was finally decided on a few weeks ago becaues thats the only day my bridesmaids can make it. Well thats 2 weekends from now..and my MOH has not planned anything, has actually contacted my other BM saying she doesnt have any ideas, and then took off to maui for 2 weeks and isnt answering txts or fb from either of them...and she gets  back the day before it was supposed to be.
   She has not invited anyone, the bridesmaids dont think shes planned anything at all. I didnt really care if I had a party or not, but then 3 months ago she said she was going to plan it with my bridesmaids so then I kept the time open and started getting excited about it, (not to mention I keep hearing of the awesome fun details of what the best man is doing for my FI), so to have her just not even care and not invite anyone when its supposed to be in 11 days, really hurts.
