XP: How to word memorial

Fi and I really want to have a small memorial for our 3 grandmothers that are no longer with us... we were thinking something small, like a saying in a frame and a pretty candle, but i'm hitting a dead end on what to say.... nothing i've found really fits... any suggestions? tia girlies!

I love the idea of a saying in a frame...perhaps a small table with a plain frame that just says something like:

Forever in Our Hearts.

WIth us in Spirit Always, especially today.

And then maybe list out their names? and have three candles?

We put this at the bottom of our programs:

To our grandmothers, even though you couldn’t be here to today to celebrate with us, we thank you. We thank you for the guidance you brought into our lives and for your contribution in making us who we are today. We love you.

For our FBIL we have a photo of him with his name/dates/"In Loving Memory" photoshopped on the photo, a candle, and his bout.  Then in our programs we used this quote:   "I left in love, in laughter, and in truth, and wherever truth, love, and laughter abide, I am there in spirit" (Bill Hicks).

Since our wedding is memorial day weekend, we are actually including something in the ceremony. My fiance came up with a little thing for the officiant to say and then we are going to light a candle next to all the pictures while part of Its so hard to say goodbye by boyz II Men plays. 

You could definitely do what PP have said though and it would be beautiful.
