Rants, Raves, and Weekend Plans!

Rants: I'm sick of this wedding and the drain it's been on our bank account.  

Raves: I feel like we're doing well with all of our little projects. For the most part we just need to cut the burlap for our table runners, put together our hotel bags and print our paper projects (already ordered paper and have designed).

WP: We're going to a friend's wedding this weekend!! I'm so excited!!! They got engaged a couple of months after we did so the bride and I have had fun sharing wedding planning experiences!! Plus it's the last big event before our wedding!

Raves: Just a few more weeks! I'm now counting days instead of weeks, days sound better.

Rants: People annoy me!

Weekend Plans: Tonight FI and I are having dinner with some friends. Tomorrow we are ordering FI's grooms cake (cookie cake) and running lots of errands. Plus meeting up with my dad to have lunch and go pay the rest of the reception. Sunday I am organizing the wedding room while FI fixes his truck!

Rants- this has been a VERY long week at work and next week is about to be longer. I already know this. I need a new career.

Raves- two weeks to go!

Weekend plans- finishing the last bits of projects (place cards, aisle markers, and put OOT bags together). Oil change is always a good time, too

Rants: Spent most of this work day hung over-- not a smart move last night!  FI is working like crazy... the $ is good, but we don't get much time together.  He has worked 7-8 every night this week [later last night- I didn't see him at all yesterday] and it takes him 40 min to get to work.  I hope things calm down soon!

Raves:  It's Friday!  I don't have any real plans so Mom and I are going to have a wedding weekend... plan on getting a LOT done!

Weekend Plans:  Nails after work, hanging out with a friend who is visiting from Florida (she's coming to see our new house), working on my to-do list and hopefully spending some time with FI tonight.  Shopping with Mom tomorrow- plan on getting EVERYTHING that we still need to purchase for the wedding.  Sunday- church and continuing my wedding to-do list, plus cleaning at Mom's.  Since I've been at my new house so much lately I've neglected my room/bathroom/laundry/etc.!

Rants:
None really...  Except that the wedding is still 8 days away And I feel like it's almost officially consuming my brain.

Raves:
Only 8 days to the wedding!  Eek. 
FI surprised me by starting our OOT bags while I was off at a work happy hour last night...  That was pretty exciting   And after today, only two more days of work before I'm free!!  Oh, and 2 weeks from today I'll be getting on plane on my way to our honeymoon in Tahiti!   Those are some seriously happy houghts.

Weekend Plans:
Finishing the OOT bags (including all remaining shopping), figuring out Place/Escort cards, helping my parents get their stuff outta their house so we don't have to worry about it between now and their closing date (4 days after my wedding) and having my hair trial. 

Phew.

I go back and forth between feeling like this wedding is coming way too quickly and feeling like it should just be here already. 

We're almost there, ladies!

Rant: I am so sick of everyone trying to tell me how my wedding is supposed to go. Come on people if you aren't helping pay for it then you don't get to tell me what to do. I also have a major term paper due Monday and I am having total writers block.

Raves: This semester is almost over and it is starting to get warm! Also we only have 29 days!!!!

Weekend Plans: Tonight I will drive to my hometown(three hours away) and probably just hang out with my FI and brother and SIL. Then Saturday morning I have to go to FI's uncles funeral (first one I will be going to since my moms so I'm a little nervous because it's at the same church) and Saturday night I have my bridal Shower! Sunday I'll be driving back to school and hopefully finishing my term paper.
