May 2012 Weddings

We stay on track with health and fitness leading up to our big day, join in!

Yesterday:
D - chicken apple sausage w/small amt of whole wheat pasta (2nd time I've cooked this week for FI he's surprised!)

Today:
B - cereal w/almond milk or protein shake on the way to work
Workout - bike w/circuit on lunch break (45 minutes) pushups, etc.
L - leftovers (chicken apple sausage) w/sweet potato
S - apple, yogurt, donut (aunt flo's making have super BIG sweet cravings)

  • Okay...I've been slacking (and got lazy)....

    Monday-
    B- coffee and Belvita bisquits
    L- left over chinese. It wasn't very good
    D- bourbon steak tips, rice, broccoli

    w/o- bootcamp! lots of running, jumping, planks, crunches...

    Tuesday-
    B- wheat bagel (dry, not even toasted), coffee
    L- left over steak tips and broccoli
    D- tuna sandwhich on multi grain bread and spinach, pita chips

    w/o- Zumba.

    Today-
    B- pastry and coffee
    L- Special K cereal, yogurt, and grapes
    D- not yet determined

    w/o- not sure yet

    BTW....love chicken apple sausage! Maybe I'll have that tonight
  • Last Night:
    D:went to a steak house with FI, FMIL and one of my FBILs. Apparently I was starving since I ate the appetizer they ordered (spinach artichoke dip), got french onion soup, and then ordered a steak and salmon dinner. By the time the entree got there I could only eat the steak (probably a good thing)
    no workout though :/

    Today:
    B: starbucks reduced fat turkey bacon sandwich and skinny vanilla latte
    L: leftover salmon from last night

    To Do:
    D: making low fat minestrone from skinny taste (found it on pinterest :))

    B: Peanut butter and protein shake
    L: Peanut butter and protein shake
    Intense 30 minute workout
    S: Almond granola bar
    D: Pork chop with brown rice and cauliflower

    A glass of juice and tons of water.

    Today:
    B: 2 oranges and 1 grapefruit pureed with juice and ice. (fruit slushie)

    Later today I will:

    L: Tuna sandwich
    Intense 30 minute workout
    D: Lemon Garlic Chicken with whole wheat noodles and salad

  • FINALLY feeling a little better

    B: granola bar, tea
    L: bean burrito
    D: TBD
    W/O: 45 min walk w/ the pup after work 
    today was the first day I've started eating again so I'm hoping to start some cardio tomorrow!
