Yesterday:
D - chicken apple sausage w/small amt of whole wheat pasta (2nd time I've cooked this week for FI he's surprised!)
Today:
B - cereal w/almond milk or protein shake on the way to work
Workout - bike w/circuit on lunch break (45 minutes) pushups, etc.
L - leftovers (chicken apple sausage) w/sweet potato
S - apple, yogurt, donut (aunt flo's making have super BIG sweet cravings)
