OOT hotel bags

Sorry, I know these have been discussed at length, but I have a quick question...
Are you providing one for each room OR each person in the room?

I'm making one per room.  They will all have stuff for two people, though- two bottles of water, etc. 

I can't even think about making one per person right now

I will be doing one for each room. The only exception, is if anyone is sharing a hotel room, for example I know my cousin and his GF are sharing a room with my aunt & uncle. So I will leave two bags for their room. I'll be packing each bag with enough supplies for two people

This too! One bag per room with enough stuff for 2 people unless we know they'll be more.
