Ok, so my schedule is basically this...But i alloted extra time for the pictures. I will let my DJ know that if we arrive earlier, everything can be pushed up so ppl arent just waiting around.
Since my ceremony is over at 3, i am having the cocktail hour from 4-5. We SHOULD be back at the reception at 5:10 we timed it, and we can get from our picture place to the hall in 10 minutes. but again i alloted for extra time!
did i forget anything? like any dances? cuz..i just threw this together..lol thanks ladies!!
o 7:00am – Meet at Betsy’s Barn to decorate the Hall
o Set up centerpieces
o Set up baskets?
o If time allows, stop somewhere quick for a bite to eat, if needed
o 9:30am – Meet at Wild About Hair for our hair appointment
o They said it will take about 2- 2.5 hours to do the hair
o 11:30- Noon- Hair should be done. Stop at a place in Zelie or on the way back from Cranberry to get lunch!
o Dinner is not until 530-6, LUNCH IS NEEDED!
o 1:00pm- Meet at Church to get ready!
o 2:00-3:00pm- Ceremony
o 3:00 -3:30pm - pictures at church, only bride/groom/parents
o 3:30-4:00pm- Meet at Moraine State Park for pictures!
o We are getting pictures done here at the pier!
o 4:00-5:00pm- PICTURE TIME!!
o 5:30- hoping to get back to the Barn by this time
o Introductions are first
o 5:45pm- Cake Cutting
5:50pm- Speeches from MOH and Best Man
6:00pm- Dinner
o Head Table eats first
o Betsy’s Barn employees will tell tables when to go
o DJ will announce that all tables can go up to get salads at this time
o 6:30pm- Bride and Grooms first dance
o 6:35pm- Bridal party dance
o 6:40pm- Father/Daughter Dance
o 6:45pm- Mother/son Dance
o 6:50pm- 10:00pm- Dancing!
o 10:00pm- Bar shuts down
o Betsy’s Barn will still have water/iced tea/coffee
o 10:45pm- Last Dance
o 12:00pm- we MUST be out of the Barn by this time, so the hour gives us time to collect everything that’s our and we are keeping
