100candles.com or saveoncrafts.com? If so ever ordered from them?

I have these "ice" beads that are in the centerpieces and I have run out of them and can no longer find them at the place I found in town. I ordered some online but got all they had of that color and still need a few more. I found some almost perfect to what I have at these sites and I'm just not sure about them since I have never heard of them.

I've never heard of 100candles, but have heard of sav-on-crafts. I like their web site and they've been highly recommended. I've just never bought anything from them.

Never heard of the first one, but Save on crafts is awesome. I ordered rolls of burlap for our table runners there. They came quickly, well packaged, and were exactly as described. And I thought the price was very reasonable (much cheaper than getting the same thing on Etsy, etc).

I ordered Submersible LED lights from 100Candles.com and didn't have any problems with them.

DO NOT USE SAVE ON CRAFTS!  Horrible experience!  We bought 19 wooden/burlap lanterns with french script and two burlap and muslin flower girl baskets.  There was no problem at checkout and my FI even called when he placed the order to check and see if the lanterns would arrive before our centerpiece mock up (with the florist).  It was scheduled to arrive within 2 weeks.  Nothing came. 

We gave it three weeks and then called in.  The first person was completely useless and actually said our order had shipped and would arrive shortly.  FI was not sold and asked to speak with a manager. The manager was out til the next day and was going to call us then.  No call. 

Three days later and three phone calls later we spoke to her.  She then told me the lanterns were on back order and would not be ready for 4-6 weeks.  First I said 4-6 weeks from when we ordered?  Why didn't anyone tell us?  She said it was 4-6 weeks from now! I was furious! We asked the lady originally and there was not a problem. Then, we wouldn't have known about this unless we called them.

Then I asked about the baskets.  She said they would ship when the lanterns did. I was not okay with this. She said she would send them now if I paid for additional shipping. You can guess my response. Then I said she better not only ship them not but give me overnight delivery! That was also a fight but she agreed. 

We got the baskets a week later.  Overnight my a@@! 

6 weeks later, no lanterns.  We called in again and got a new story....DISCONTINUED!  No lanterns for use!  No call, no refund, nothing!!!!!!  We had planned our entire centerpiece around this!!!  They didn't care and after we got our money back they didn't do anything to try and fix the situation! 

Luckily we found something at Pier One.  Not as great but they shipped in 5 days!!!!!!

STAY FAR FAR AWAY.  Even if this experience is the exception to the rule, I wouldn't want ANYONE to go through it!!!!!!!!!!!

Save-on-crafts is good, but be aware that their shipping can be outrageous

I ordered tons of stuff from save on crafts, has no problems at all.

I had a very good experience with Sav-on-crafts with my cupcake stand. good price, not bad shipping, came quickly.

I've also used save on crafts and had a good experience. 

I ordered burlap and a tray for our escort card display. After I ordered they sent me an email telling me the burlap was on back order and asked me what I wanted to do. So I had them ship the tray and refund me for the burlap because they didn't know when they'd get more in.
