We got our first uninvited guest today. I knew this one was going to happen. My cousin added her new boyfriend to the RSVP. I made sure the invite was as clear as it could me. The envelop clearly said, Aunt D, Uncle D, Cousin, Cousins Fiance, Cousin #2 & Cousins son. I don't know how much more clear it could have been. My cousin is dating a different guy every holiday. She isn't in what you would call stable relationships, ever. We decided that we had to draw the line somewhere, so only engaged/long term couples where going to be invited. So this new boyfriend, whom we haven't met, wasn't going to be invited. I am so mad, these particular family members are so rude and I knew they would decide it was ok to invite the new boyfriend. It is not going to happen. I'm putting my foot down on this one. This is going to be a fun phone call to make I'm sure. Hopefully this is the only uninvited guest we have to deal with.
