Shower gift

Ok... so I'm unsure of this. My mom and her friend are the ones throwing me the shower and it's being held at her friends house. Should I be getting both something plus an additional something for her friend for offering up her house? All of this is sooooo confusing!

I would get something additional for the friend who is offering up her house. Something small, maybe some flowers, or bottle of wine.

I agree with PP it would be nice to get them both something and then find a little extra something to give the friend since it is at her house.

Yea, I was definitely thinking something extra for the friend... now the challenge is what to get them all lol. I had a hard enough time picking out a darn gift for my mom for the wedding now I have to find another lol. ISNT MY LOVE ENOUGH?! Just kidding lol!

A nice picture fram would be a good gift for both of them. Also candles work great! I gave my BM's a candle for my shower it was a Yankee Candle so it was a little more expensive. My MOH did a lot for my shower planning over half of it so I also got her a gift card to her favorite restaurant. HTH

I sent flowers to my FSIL (who threw the shower) and future grandmother in law (who let my FSIL throw it at her house).  They were both so excited to get flowers!
