Workout - off day/active recovery - swam in the pool to loosen up a bit before tomorrow's long run
B - rice cake w/protein shake + almond milk
L - Vietnamese with FI: rice noodles + shrimp w/eggrolls
S - chocolate chip cookie w/almond milk (stupid 'time of the month' + stress cravings)
