I've been MIA for a few days because I was home in NJ visiting family. My shower was on Saturday, and it went so well! I seriously can't believe how generous everyone was. We got over $400 in cash (which I totally didn't think anyone would give us), Target giftcards, a LARGE giftcard to IKEA (yay!), a Visa giftcard, almost all the bedding we registered for, and some towels and candles. I was also informed by my 2 NJ BMs that one bought our Shark vacuum and had it mailed to our house, and the other (my MOH) told me she is going to do the same with the camcorder we have on our Target registry. I feel so blessed!
As favors, my MOH handpainted peacock feathers on wine glasses.
