morning everyone!  Anyone do cool stuff this weekend??

It was a friend's birthday, so a few sorority sisters came into town and we went out around the city.  It was pretty fun, except for trying to find a cab home in the rain Sat night.

I also completed my first DIY project - some table numbers!  My lace for votives arrives today in the mail, and once I can get access to a friend's glue gun, I'm going to start those and finish my cardbox.

We went to Cleveland for the Ohio Wine Festival and it was so much fun. We drank way too much and bought way too many bottles of wine to take home, and took a two hour nap when we got home lol.

Yesterday we went to Ikea and got some furniture for our new apartment. I'll be so happy when we're done putting everything together and decorating and can just enjoy the apartment!

Good Morning!

My weekend was nice! Having friends over Friday night was pretty fun. I got to hang out with my favorite neighbor, Julia, who is 17 months old We are going to ask her to be our flower girl - I can't wait.... She is so stinking cute. We got a few e-pics taken by a friend of mine from graduate school, I'll post a few when she emails them to me... but it was fun having them done!

md - Congrats on the DIY! I'm curious to see the Ikea frames you used.

Hi Everyone!

The past two weeks have been crazy for me! We moved into our new place and I am still getting everything put together. It was close week last week at work so I have been super busy. I also had my friends wedding I was in Saturday, which was absolutely gorgeous :-) It was all the way in Lexington though so I'm a little wiped out today.

MD- You have been very productive! Post some pics of all your projects for us.

Mook- Sounds like fun! And you can never have too many bottles of wine :-)

Lindsay- How cute! I am sure she will make an adorable flower girl

Hello ladies....I know, it's me!!!  lol  I have been reading and keeping up with everyone, but haven't been posting.  It becomes such a time suck...lol.  But....I took today off, just because, so here I am.  We are in the process of assembling out invites. We still have to print the addresses on the envelopes and make the belly bands, but we are getting there.  I finished the practice pomanders for the FGs.  They are made with dum-dum lollipops and tulle(sp?).  Well, they are almost done.  They need about 10 more lollipops, I ran out.  Once they are done, I will take a pic.
Our couples shower is this weekend.  I am super excited to see everyone.
Well, I should get back to cleaning.  DFs family is staying with us this weekend.

Lindsay - I saw you found your dress!!!  How exciting!!!  I can't wait to hear about it.  Pet Reese for me!!!

MD- Congrats on the table numbers. I can't wait to see your candles!

Sarah- Are you back to running?  If not, let me know when you want to go for a walk.

Weekends are always so short anymore! FI and I were busy trying to find perfect outfits for our engagement pictures! I think we did a pretty good job! I wish I could do more in the weekend but I feel like everything is so time consuming! And energy consuming!
