but I started a 7-day cleanse today  It's not the best tasting thing ever and I am worried about the 'afterwards' of drinking it but I've heard great things about it so I was curious to try it. We'll see how it goes and I'll keep you posted without too much information

uh oh, those are never pleasant!  what is it?  im curious to try...  but not before the wedding- im not sure im emotionally stable enough for it right now!

I would be worried about loosing too much weight that my dress won't fit... hopefully you don't have a bad reaction to it.

I tried one once. It wasn't pretty. It was a 3 day cleanse from Beach Body and you couldn't eat anythng...drink the stuff that tasted like chocolate chalk and a lot of water. After 2 days I gave up. You'll loose water weight. Just be careful. If you start getting light headed, I would eat something. You'll be cranky for sure. Good luck with that. I'd never do it again.

Its not one where I can't eat, I would never survive anything like that! You just mix this natural liquid stuff into 32oz of water and drink the whole thing throughout the day. I started it yesterday and have only had  one 'issue', if you know what I mean. I still eat 3 meals a day with it so nothing too extreme.
