This weekend:I didn't workout all weekend because I was PMSing and sore and crampy from the rest of my workouts this week. I did eat well and relaxed for once!
Today:Workout: Hip hop abs - hips/buns/thights + last minute abs (35 mins)
B - protein shake w/almond milk, pumpkin spice
