I just have to say that my new obsession is turkey kielbasa...I've used it for dinner...breakfast...lunch in sammiches....low in fat and high in protein!
Yesterday:
D - salad and popcorn (snacked all day)
Today:
B - Protein shake + cheerios
L - Kielbasa sammich on whole wheat w/tomato soup
W/O - Insanity Max Plyo 45 mins
