Ceremony only site in/near Mount Washington

We have booked our reception at LeMont on Mount Washington for Friday 9/20/2013. I know they can do a ceremony there, but I'm looking into options at other places. I am really posting here to see if there is anyone who knows of a ceremony site CLOSE to Mt Washington (as 80% of our guests are out of town and cannot travel far from the city) that can hold 150 guests on a Friday afternoon/evening that will cost $800 or less? The price should include the facility rental and "donation", officiant, and music. He is Lutheran and I am Catholic. We are not memebers of a church, but if you attend or know of a church that fits what we're looking for PLEASE post! We are focusing on Lutheran nor Non-denominational churches.... but we are open to anything! I am really struggling to find something with our date, proximity and price

i dont attend that church but i sang there for a choir thing a couple of years ago and the people were very nice. based on their description under the weddings and occasions page i think you may find what you are looking for there. hope this helps.
