WP Gifts

I know most people are planning to give their WP gifts at the RD, but what if we gave our gifts to the WP at different points throughout the few days before our wedding when they arrive? Would that be okay... or is it supposed to be a group thing?

Also FI and I were planning to just give them their gifts and then write them a TY after the wedding and mention how appreciative we are that they stood up for us on our wedding day, thank them for a gift (if they gave us one), and for coming to the wedding all at once instead of writing them 2 TYs, which seems redundant. Would that be okay?

We doing it at the RD as a group and we got these fun personalized cards to say thank you with our gifts...but I'm sure the gift is fine and then a TY later.

I think that's totally fine. I don't think there's really a "right" time to do it, it just seems easiest to do then.

I  don't think there's a set protocol to how you do it.  We're doing ours at the RD, but we're not making a production of it - just going to give the gifts when there's down time.

<div>I agree with this.  We're giving them out at the RD because that's the only time we'll see them all right before the wedding.  I'd do what works best for you.  I did include thank-yous, but that's just me.</div>

We are giving them at the RD or the rehersal itself (the flowergirl and her mom are not coming to the RD, so we might either do them at the rehersal, or do them all at the RD and hers right before or after the ceremony so she has something to play with during the reception.
