Happy Monday ladies! (trying to sound upbeat even though I'd rather be home...in bed...sleeping!)
This weekend -
Workout - Ran 8.4 mi on Saturday! Sunday did a 3 mi recovery run and volunteered with my running group at a Shamrock run
Diet - eh...I ate well..protein, complex carbs...but I had lots of sweets because Aunt Flo is creeping in....aaaaagain
Today -
Workout - Insanity/Xtraining on lunch break around 230
B - pbj on sammich thin (whole wheat)
S - shrimp chips
TBD - L - whole wheat tortilla with boca, apple, yogurt
