FMIL and FFIL are hosting the RD dinner. FI's family is from VT and mine is from Martha's Vineyard. FFIL just started a maple sugaring business and FMIL thought it would be an excellent idea to use the maple syrup for a RD favor but put it into lighthouse jars (Martha's Vineyard has lighthouses). Basically the favors are a mix of our hometowns.
