Workout - I let a girlfriend talk me into going to a Crossboot class...like crossfit...let's just say I left with hand blisters...after 90 minutes of working out (and the class was STILL going) ... too much lol

Today:
Workout - Sissy 5k with my running partner post beating from past night
B - protein waffles

L - 1/2 cuban sammich
S - apple, 1/2 banana, no sugar added fruit cup
