Hi everyone, I have been lurking quite a bit on this board so I just wanted to say hello and congratulations to everyone! I'm getting married May 26 and I am so excited and reading this board and seeing everyone's pictures has gotten me even more excited.
I also want to brag on my dad for a minute. As a student I live 3 hours away from my hometown and the place where I will be getting married so getting things done is extremely stressful. Yesterday I started to freak out because there were so many things that haven't been done yet (chairs being rented and food decided on are the biggest and most important). I called my dad and told him my issue, well an hour later he had met with the rental company and rented our chairs! My mom passed away a little over a year and a half ago so this whole planning process has been extremely hard but my dad has been absolutely amazing and I am so grateful for him.
