W/O: 2 miles on the treadmill, did some circuit weight training for my arms and did ab workout that was on demand....
Today:
B: Peach Chobani Yourgurt
MS: Banana and Almonds
L: Turkey burger with swiss on wheat bun and a small side salad
AS: trail mix
D:TBD
W/O: 2 miles on treadmill, 30 mins on stair climber, then did some crunches, oh an washed the car ( that was my arm workout)
