Anyone Else NOT Stressed?!

I am at 27 days until the wedding and nothing is stressing me out! Everyone keeps asking me how I am doing and if I'm ready and I always respond with, 'Yeah, I'm doing great!' Of course, people always look at me like I'm lying but its the truth. I have a few projects left to complete but everything else is completed and ready to go. I've come to the realization that if things don't get done, no big deal! Who is honestly going to notice if there are only 7 different candies on the table instead of 8, NO ONE! I'm just ready to be married and have fun at the party As far as all the little stuff, if it gets done great; if not, well it'll still be a great party!! I hope all you ladies are having as care-free of a time as I am

I wasn't feeling stressed...until my printer decided to stop printing today, and I still can't figure it out. *sigh* 13 days to go and FI reminded me "you'll be Mrs. S soon." What a guy

I'm not stressed either.  I decided about six months out that I really didn't care that much about the wedding.  I'm SUPER excited about getting married, but I just can't work myself up over, you know, what color ribbons to tie on the napkins.  There's going to be good food, booze, music, and family, so I know everyone will have a good time (including me).  I fully expect that things will not go perfectly, but I don't really care.  The only thing that makes me a little nervous is having the be the center of attention for so long - but I know that will be fine too.

Yay for not being stressed!  Life is so much easier this way.

I wasnt stressed out for pretty much all the wedding planning.... until about last week when i realized I had a ton of things to do and very little time left. Then when I start to not feel stressed again someone throws me a curve ball!

I agree! We have some little projects to finish, but I'm just ready to be married! We went to a friend's wedding last night and they were so happy! I can't wait for that to be me!!!

I wasn't stressed much until this week.  Now, with less than one week left, I'm feeling it.  I am mostly worried about getting everyone to where they need to be on time.  We've got a ton of out of town people, and our entire immediate family has a part in the wedding.  The timelines and transportation are driving me batty.

I feel great about the wedding. We have each other, a marriage license, an officiant (my amazing sister got ordained for us!), and rings. The rest is just icing on the cake. Oh, and we'll have delicious, amazing cake in 5 different flavors! I talked to my cake person last night and she is as excited as I am about the cupcakes. There will be music and all the people I love and oh my god, that amazing, beautiful dress that I can't wait to wear.

Most of the little stuff is done and the rest honestly could be forgotten about.

I'm still a little nervous about my photographer (I'm afraid she won't show up) but even if she flakes, well, it won't be the end of the world. My sister has a DSLR and I'm sure someone will take plenty of pics for us.

Completely agree. Totally not stressed had a pretty stress free planning process. Can't wait for 5.19.12

My wedding is in 6 days, and I am not stressed about anything really... mostly just worried about my back fat and looking stupid because I feel I am socially awkward

The weather is worrying me slightly because it goes back and forth between sun and rain...

I'm not stressed either *except* for the weather forecast.  That concerns me slightly.

We have 11 days to go and last week I was panicked, this week I seem to be as cool as a cucumber...now I think the only thing that will get to me is if it rains (we have a rain back up plan but I am SO in love with our outside venue)

I too am not stressed, I agree with the PP, I have the groom that I love, the rings , the marriage lic (or I will at the end of today) and the JP.  As long as we leave as Husband and Wife the day will be a success.

I have 5 days to go and I'm not stressed. I have everything done but printing the programs and I plan on doing that today!

Everything else is complete!

I wasn't stressed at that point, either.  Actualy, I'm still not stressed.  I will say, though, that now with 4 days to go the past week has been extremely busy, and that's an understatement.  But it's not stressful, just gotta get the stuff done.  I'm just ready to eat, drink and BE MARRIED this Friday!!!

I'm with you. I'm 27 days out and i'm not stressed either. I feel like I should be LOL. Maybe as the days count down it will come, but I told myself a long time ago, NOT to  STRESS about the little things. Things will work out
