* Get FIT for the big day! - Monday + Bachelorette!

This weekend:
I kept running! I ran Saturday when we got to Orlando (6.5 mi) and then when we got home I did 4 mi with my girlfriend...accountability for sure!

Workout - 50 min spin class @ 530am...then back to bed!
B - cereal & protein w/almond milk

L - lean salami and turkey ww wrap
S - apple, sf fruit cup, greek yogurt, fruit bar
