B - protein shake w/almond milk
L - cuban sammich w/egg salad on the side
S - apple
D - 1/2 off apps

    Wow...9 days?! I've got 16....

    Yesterday:
    D- salmon with brown rice and mixed veggies
    S- sliced melon (cantaloup and something green)

    w/o- first dance lesson!

    Today:
    B- ham, egg, cheese on english; coffee
    L- turkey sandwhich, chips, apple
    D-?

    w/o- ZUMBA tonight

  • Yesterday wasn't so hot..... today won't be either!  Back to normal tomorrow!!!

    Yesterday:
    D: ham and cheese sandwich, baked fries with chili sauce

    Today:
    B: Pancake with no butter and RF syrup (a local club does it twice a year and the girls indluge)

    To Do:
    L: the other pancake that I saved from breakfast
    D: mexican with a friend who is visiting from Florida.  I will refrain from cheese sauce and margaritsas!!
    W/O: walk

  • 9 Days - yeah for you!!!  I'm sitting at 13 wishing for 9 days!

    Yesterday:
    D: tacos
    W/O: 6 miles elliptical & zumba

    Today:
    B: half a muffing
    S: no sugar added fruit in a cup
    L: probably skipping - headed to get my hair cut & colored!!!!!!
    D: ??
    W/O: zumba, weights
